M.A.C. Blogger’s Obsession: A Dream Realized

Following one’s dreams is often easier said than done. Many young women have aspirations to create and develop their brands, merge with major companies to develop projects that further their global domination *cough*. I fully support the effort. When dreams are realized it can be stuff of legend… or as near as the online M.A.C. Store?!?! That’s exactly what happened when MAC partnered with (9) creative beauty bloggers to unveil the Blogger’s Obsession Collection.

Months ago MAC sent an email to about 80 bloggers, asking for their best attempt at creating a color for either lips or eyes using whatever they choose as inspiration. Nine were selected, flown to Toronto, and treated to a top-secret, once-in-a-lifetime experience in the MAC labs. Aside from meeting masters behind THE makeup brand, fellowshiping with other beauty bloggers, they lived one of their wildest dreams!!

The Bloggers Obsessions release is more than yet another fresh, flattering and fashionable contribution to the world of makeup/beauty but a testament to dreams realized. For every blogger, makeup artist, stylist or dreamer that thought, “I would love to have my own shade” while swiping on a coat of “Oh Baby,” honey, we have arrived. It. Can. Happen!!!! Available for a limited time (6 weeks) and online only, a SUPER congratulations to ALL bloggers chosen for this collaboration! A special shout to @LianneFarbes and @Afrobella who’s shades I copped awwready (two of my FAV beauty bloggers!). Can’t wait to update #VitaminD with pics of me in my MAC shades. 🙂 Don’t stop believing…
